On the back of the much loved and market leading Cireson Service Manager Analyst Web Console, the company today formally announces a full Self-Service Portal for System Center Service Manager. As expected, this portal will be completely browser, tablet, and smart phone compatible.
The Cireson Self-Service Portal will provide end-users a friendly, personalized user experience to view IT information, submit new Incidents, search the knowledge base, and complete Service Requests. In addition, this portal will support all types of IT services required via Service Catalog, such as provisioning new employees, installing software, activating new devices, as well as fulfill any other type of service request with an easy-to-configure portfolio of offerings.
