Solution Inspiration

Service Manager allows for IT operations to create and update work items from e-mails via the Service Manager Exchange Connector. The challenge is the inability to interact directly from e-mail within Microsoft Outlook to fully manage all functions of Service Manager, to include creating, editing, approving and completing any work item.

A Genius Integration

“The way Cireson integrated Service Manager into Outlook is genius. Most of us spend the majority of our day working out of Outlook. Being able to access Incident, Change and Service management directly from outlook is awesome!! No more excuses for breeched SLA’s. Many of our stake holders still email in requests instead of submitting Incidents. Great value in being able to turn those emails into SCSM Incidents etc.”
