Twelve months later it almost feels like a different world. Welcome to INNOVATE 2022

INNOVATE 2022 on May 25 is taking the current and future landscape into account, bringing together thought leaders, subject matter experts, customers and community members to explore Microsoft Service Management for the Hybrid World. We’ll dive into the different facets of collaboration, interoperability and artificial intelligence—three pillars that serve as keys to navigating IT service management now and in the future.

Collaboration

Providing seamless service with the goal of improving the employee experience is all the rage. We’ll talk through methods that help you modernize the support experience by coordinating various channels and processes.

Interoperability

If you’ve invested in the Microsoft ecosystem, you have powerful tools in-house. The biggest obstacle is removing barriers so that you can capitalize on data and features wherever they are housed, on-prem or in the cloud.

Artificial Intelligence

Automation can go a long way towards improving end user and IT department experience. It comes down to knowing what functions or processes are suited for automation. We’ll demystify the concept and walk through how to identify opportunities so that anyone on staff can implement AI.

We’ll dive deeper into session topics soon, so that you can prioritize attendance. You will, of course, be able to reference all session recordings after the conference broadcast.

But sometimes new ideas spark during networking and conversation. Though INNOVATE is virtual this year, you will have plenty of time for interaction! We encourage questions at the end of presentations, but you’ll also have the chance to engage with speakers and subject matter experts in lounges in after sessions.
