The Cireson Remote Manage app is the Analyst’s dream. It is a toolbox of common remote functionalities needed by an Analyst. Its integration with Configuration Manager allows an Analyst to quickly deploy software, run diagnostic processes, view and manipulate services, processes, and view information – all without end-user interaction. The Remote Manage app is designed around simple remote administration. It’s an all-in-one toolbox, that doesn’t interrupt the end user. The analyst can perform all of these functions either from within the Configuration Manager Console, or as a standalone app.

The Cireson Remote Manage app was inspired by work done with SCCM Client Center by Roger Zander who has freely put his work out for the Configuration Manager community. We’ve aimed to integrate not only the Configuration Manager client, but also the Configuration Manager site, and the toolsets provided within Windows. This feature set and integration allows for powerful all-in-one toolbox for any administrator and help desk analyst.
