The new Cireson Self-Service Portal for System Center Service Manager is an HTML 5 portal designed to enable customers to request services and report problems to IT. Managers can approve requests through the portal, requestors can update their requests, and people that are assigned work can update the status of those activities. The Cireson portal is designed to be more than a complete replacement for the much maligned SharePoint and Silverlight-base portal provided out of the box with Service Manager.
