Change isn’t always acceptable in corporate cultures. In fact, most people fear it. In Cireson’s case change is a good thing. So good in fact, it’s exciting for us all. Cireson is a company that has strong vision, character and a knack for execution. We have decided to expand our portfolio from solely service and asset management to also include identity and automation management. With that, comes Password Reset functionality and integration with some key business critical applications such as SAP and Oracle. One thing that really sticks out to me about the creation of roadmaps in our organization is the attention to what our customers want.
Our customer and partner focused model stems deep from our core. Starting off as a SI for Microsoft System Center, we had a client that asked for something more with Service Manager. We put together requirements, and our first app was delivered. Now, we are an application company with strong ties to local and global SI’s and resellers. We offer six free applications that are downloadable via our website for the greater Service Manager and Configuration Manager community. We adopted a monkey Amy, who is going through rehabilitation into her natural environment and as an organization sponsor the monkey sanctuary Wild Futures. We also sponsor an organization called Kiva, to help people globally with micro-loans to start businesses.
We also hire the best, 5 MVPs (and counting), consultants with Service Manager blogs and support personnel with experience at fortune 100 companies. We educate our team by requiring each person to be certified by key certification programs such as ITAM and ITIL because it is critical to our industry, clients and community.
Our love for the System Center Community continues to grow, so much that we created a new team. Led by Chris Ross and Pete Zerger, the Partner and Customer Enablement (PACE) team’s mission is to onboard new partners, train current partners and spend time attending industry events to connect with clients.
Through everyone’s customer centric activities, we comprised a roadmap to fill the needs that our customers bring to our attention:
