Cireson, the pioneering Microsoft Cloud & System Center partner, announced today the new Cireson Platform that will transform the way the world uses service & asset management. Not only does this platform enable device, browser, and operating system freedom, it also breaks down organizational silos that traditionally hinder cross-departmental integration of HR, Finance, Facility, and across the business for smooth service & asset automation. With its simple and extendable technology, Cireson is able to meet today’s IT challenges by moving into new areas of password reset management, gamification, self-service software provisioning, and powerful asset data connectors for the age of data everywhere, all on one single platform.
Cireson continues its commitment to the Microsoft partnership by adopting the Microsoft cloud first, mobile first strategy. This is evident for Microsoft System Center Service Manager customers who can now move workloads to Microsoft Azure and leverage Cireson’s Platform agnostic Portal for service & asset management.
Co-founder Shaun Ericson comments, “Our customers are savvy and know that service & asset management work better together. They want to standardize, automate, and transform IT by breaking down legacy technology silos. We are passionate about Microsoft and the community, which is why Cireson has invested deeply in Microsoft’s Cloud strategy to meet our customer’s needs. The partnership between Cireson and Microsoft has been driving amazing momentum with incredible results.”
To further align with Microsoft and its global partner ecosystem, Cireson is moving from a direct sales presence to a new 100% focused channel model, enabling partners to achieve even more success with the Microsoft Cloud and System Center story. As a result of this change, all sales will now be transacted solely through Cireson partners.
Cireson is also excited to announce the new Partner and Community Enablement (PACE) team. To complement the 100% partner focused strategy, the PACE team represents a deep commitment to the core aspects of their business that matter most to customers, partners, and the IT community. Launching a solely focused Partner and Community Enablement team now means that an entire Cireson team is completely devoted to the success of partners and making positive contributions to the community as a whole. This team is comprised of Microsoft MVPs and well known industry experts; Chris Ross, Travis Wright, Wally Mead, Pete Zerger, Shaun Laughton, and Brett Moffett.
Chris Ross, Director of Program Management at Cireson expresses his excitement, saying, “We’ve expertly crafted our team and approach based on our collective first-hand knowledge of the SI and LSP industries respectively. This team will provide substantial equity to our partners, and enrich the community with revolutionary insights and solutions to propel the next generation of service and asset management. We are ushering in a new era of how an ISV creates and supports its ecosystem, providing unprecedented value at every turn.”
In addition, Cireson will soon offer International Association of IT Asset Managers (IAITAM) training certifications, becoming one of only several asset management experts within the United States to offer six different certification options. This runs in conjunction with all Cireson employees being ITIL v3 certified as part of the company’s plans to remain aligned with leading industry best practices.
Today, Cireson remains true to its roots, grounded in expertise and committed to its customers. In just three short years Cireson has amassed over 1,200 customers and grown their Service Management and Configuration Management offerings, which has contributed to first quarter revenue of 172% growth year-over-year.
