Cireson – #CiresonCares – is an organization committed to giving back to the community in ways that reflect the core moral ethos of our company. In the past few years we have executed on this commitment by contributing to non-profit organizations such as Wild Futures, Kiva and International Princess Project (learn more at http://www.cireson.wpengine.com/company) with the internal expectation of complimenting these efforts by working with organizations in our respective backyards. Executing on this expectation, Cireson is excited to announce our new alignment with Out of the Boat (http://www.outoftheboatswim.org) which is a local non-profit organization in our own backyard of San Diego, CA.

Out of the Boat is a unique non-profit organization, as they leverage the natural beauty of water “to provide a comprehensive swim program which not only teaches swimming skills and water safety, but provides opportunities for underprivileged children to participate in healthy and positive recreational activities while improving their self confidence in and out of the water.” (“Our Mission…”, http://www.outoftheboatswim.org/values.php) The Cireson Family in San Diego will be supporting the Out of the Boat core mission in many different ways, which will include charitable donations and most importantly working directly with underprivileged children of San Diego, CA and Tijuana, MX in order to provide as much assistance as their programs require.

Our respective organizations started this teaming effort a few weeks ago on June 13th, 2015, when the Cireson and Out of the Boat members visited the children of the Orphanage Niños de la Promesa (“Kids of the Promise”) in Tijuana, MX. We were excited, nervous and anxious as this was our first effort and visit to an orphanage for an entire day, and wanted to help in as many ways as we could! I am very proud to say that we think it was a success, as everyone had a fantastic day working, helping and hanging out with the kids across the following activities:

We at Cireson are appreciative and grateful that Out of the Boat has allowed us to share in this experience with their organization, as this first trip to Tijuana, MX simply proves the most obvious and simple fact of all — the smallest gestures towards goodwill and humanity truly make the biggest impacts in this world. Not speaking for the entire Cireson Family, it is very obvious that coming home on this trip we were all humbled and very excited to continue our efforts with Out of the Boat in the remaining 2015 year. Stay tuned as well, Cireson will provide other updates as we continue to work with these amazing organizations to help in any way we can.
