Awarding a new recipient for the third month this year, Cireson recognizes its Innovator of the Month, Addenda Capital, for demonstrating excellence in the service management realm. Their progress and success in integrating multi-lingual support for employees, as well as productivity and efficiency gains as the result of automation processes, has demonstrated their thought leadership and willingness to be on the leading edge of ITIL best practices.
