Why We’re Doing This
Our goal has always been to give the community what they need and want. Over the years, we have released numerous free apps for the community to help maximize Configuration Manager. We’ve found that the community needs to #domore. Administrators need to be able to securely delegate tasks to Support teams, to free-up time and resources to focus on higher priority IT initiatives. Support teams need easy access to common remote troubleshooting functionality and data within SCCM in order to increase customer satisfaction with first-call resolution.

As we are dedicated to providing solutions that our customers need, and with these objectives in mind, we have decided to retire this app, effective January 30, 2018. The functionality you know and love has been enhanced and integrated into the new True Control Center to provide you with a complete web-based solution for your Support needs.

What This Means for You
If you have previously downloaded this app, you may continue to use it. However, effective January 30, 2018, Cireson will no longer provide future feature updates, security patches, or support. To get the most of out of your System Center investment and to ensure compatibility with other software applications and systems, we recommend you take advantage of the True Control Center. The Cireson Remote Manage app is the Analyst’s dream.  It is a toolbox of common remote functionalities needed by an Analyst.  Its integration with Configuration Manager allows an Analyst to quickly deploy software, run diagnostic processes, view and manipulate services, processes, and view information – all without end-user interaction.  The Remote Manage app is designed around simple remote administration. It’s an all-in-one toolbox, that doesn’t interrupt the end user. The analyst can perform all of these functions either from within the Configuration Manager Console, or as a standalone app.

How this helps your team: 

• ConfigMgr Admin: Frees up admins from having to manage Collections in order to perform tasks on single computers.
• ConfigMgr Analyst: Provides a toolbox of functionality for Analysts to be able to support and perform services for client computers remotely, such as:

Solution Inspiration

The Cireson Remote Manage app was inspired by work done with SCCM Client Center by Roger Zander who has freely put his work out for the Configuration Manager community. We’ve aimed to integrate not only the Configuration Manager client, but also the Configuration Manager site, and the toolsets provided within Windows. This feature set and integration allows for powerful all-in-one toolbox for any administrator and help desk analyst.
